Jason Parker Johnson is a seasoned immigration attorney with an international reputation for excellence in employment-based immigration, particularly in EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 visa petitions. With almost two decades of professional experience spanning law, policy, and business consulting, Jason brings a uniquely strategic approach to every client case—grounded in deep legal expertise and a sharp understanding of USCIS adjudication trends.

As the former head of the NIW, EB-1, and O-1 visa department at a leading Los Angeles-based immigration law firm, Jason led a team of over 25 legal professionals and personally oversaw hundreds of active cases, guiding clients from initial consultation to successful petition approval. His work has been instrumental in securing green cards for scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, artists, and other high-skilled professionals making vital contributions to the U.S. economy and national interest.

Prior to specializing in immigration law, Jason held leadership roles in government affairs and business development, including as Executive Director of a business association and as a senior consultant advising public and private sector clients. He holds a JD and MBA from Howard University, where he also graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Marketing.

Jason is licensed to practice law in Missouri and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is based in Palm Desert, California, and serves clients across the United States and abroad.
